Was the CIA wrong (again)?
A year has passed since the release of the 2007 National Intelligence Estimate on Iran.
In a stunning departure from all the previous estimates dating back to 1997 under Presidents Clinton and Bush, it declared: "We judge with high confidence that in fall 2003, Tehran halted its nuclear weapons program."
